CALLING ALL GERMAN DECEDENTS, HUNTERS, FOLK ART COLLECTORS ! DON"T MISS OUT!!In Germany, they were used as part of A Bavarian hunting tradition. Trophies from the hunt were mounted and hung from lederhosen by a chain. These items were held in high regards and were passed down by generation. It was also believed the wearer would take on the characteristics of the animal as it was worn like Talisman!
These could possibly be the bottom jaws of a Martin or ferret of some kind.
